Permitting Services support

Our review proposed site works and issue guidance on the most appropriate route to ensure legal compliance and then assist in the securing of environmental permits from Defra and the Environment Agency including, RPSs, FRAPs, EPs

Soil Treatment & Reuse

CL:AIRE DoWCoP Support

Where appropriate, SoilEx supports projects under the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP), allowing materials to be reused without being classified as waste. Our team prepares Materials Management Plans (MMP), manages tracking and provides Qualified Person sign-off to ensure full compliance.

Validation & Verification

Every remediation project concludes with clear, robust documentation that satisfies regulators, planners and environmental consultants. ConnEx
Tracking

All remediation activities can be tracked through the ConnEx portal, giving access to treatment records, permits, logs, waste carriers’ licences, emissions data and validation documentation. This system saves time, improves visibility and ensures full transparency across the project.
