The Challenge
Franki Foundations approached us to review a site investigation (SI) report for a hospital site in West London. The task was to manage the risk of removing waste off-site while adhering to an all-inclusive price and limited testing. With the grounds being within a hospital area, contamination in the made ground was anticipated. Additionally, the team had to supply a piling mat to enable efficient completion of piling operations, all within a tight budget and under strict constraints on lorry movements due to the hospital’s busy environment.
